Soul Cups is now shipping and delivering!
Local Delivery (Los Angeles)
Delivery is offered in the greater Los Angeles area in regular business hours. You may choose between a Standard Delivery (4 hour window) and a Rush Delivery (2 hour window). Deliveries outside our normal delivery hours are an additional $10.
All prices are subject to additional fees based on delivery (incorrect address, facilities, hospitals, parking fees, high traffic locations, etc to be determined upon ordering). Large orders including cupcake towers and cakes require special handling and will incur an additional fee based on the specific order. Set up is not included in the delivery charge.
What happens if NO ONE is AVAILABLE to accept delivery or shipment?
Soul Cups does not require a signature for your delivery or shipment, however we can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by the shipping time or day selected by the customer. Soul Cups’ policy will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘safe’ and reasonable to do so. For this reason it is also necessary for customers to notify a gift recipient of their order before the date of delivery.
Upon initial ordering, you will be charged for the product. Once product is ready, we will contact you for delivery instructions. At that time, you will be issued a delivery charge and must provide a credit card to ensure delivery.
Cupcakes are sent with a glaze to endure overnight mail process. There will be additional shipping costs (*costs will vary per location).
