Our Story


Soul Cups, a pastry catering company is the creation of Celeste Alleyne, a young baker, trained by her father, a professional chef.

Celeste has also studied and received certificates at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, France; Tuscany, Italy and various California cooking schools. She uses wholesome ingredients including: farm fresh buttermilk, decadent German cocoa powder, and organic eggs and European butter.

With more than twenty-five years in broadcast communications, public and community relations, Celeste uses her marketing talents mixed with creative juices in the kitchen!

In 2011 Celeste was chosen out of thousands of candidates to appear on the Food Network television show: “Cupcake Wars.” Celeste almost made it to the final round and her signature Lemon Drop, Kahlua and Crème and Muddy Water Chocolate Cupcakes were presented to the show judges. It is her dream to build a baking empire that includes both a store front and ecommerce sales. Celeste was also recognized as a top small business owner by the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
