Soul Cups, a pastry catering company is the creation of Celeste Alleyne, a young baker, trained by her father, a professional chef. Celeste has also studied at the Cordon Bleu, Paris, Tuscany, Italy and various California cooking schools. She uses wholesome ingredients including: farm fresh buttermilk, decadent German cocoa powder, and european butters.
With more than twenty-five years in broadcast communications, public and community relations, Celeste uses her marketing talents mixed with creative juices in the kitchen! It is her dream to build a baking empire to include not only her cupcakes but also specialty cakes, pies and truffles.
